CBO says it will put minimum skilled people out of a job instead of providing them an opportunity to learn skills thus making themselves more valuable to the labor market. This is what the Liberal Democrats want... They want you to be dependent on them and bigger government... It will also effect all those higher skilled labor for your benefits, bonus package, and wage increases, will suffer for this "mandated" increase in the labor expenses...
