Photo I.D.? “We don’t need no stinkin Photo I.d.’s”

.

Hillary and the gang, member one Virginia Senator Jim Webb, have already been working hard to make it easier for anyone to vote whether or not they are eligible and last week was no exception. Senator Webb has voted on the Senate floor along with most Democratic Party Senators against requiring voters to identify themselves with a photo I.d.

Last week Hillary was asked if she supported New York Governor Eliot Spitzer’s efforts to give ILLEGEL immigrants driver’s (Photo I.D) licenses. She then backtracked once she started to catch some flak but lets take a look at her party’s, and hubbies, history of making it easier to commit voter fraud…

John Fund over at Wall Street Opinion Journal has this:
http://www.opinionjournal.com/diary/

"The background here is the National Voter Registration Act, commonly known as "Motor Voter," that President Bill Clinton signed into law in 1993. It required all states to offer voter registration to anyone getting a driver's license. One simply fills out a form and checks a box stating he is a citizen; he is then registered and in most states does not have to show any ID to vote."

"The potential for fraud is not trivial, as federal privacy laws prevent cross-checking voter registration rolls with immigration records. Nevertheless, a 1997 Congressional investigation found that "4,023 illegal voters possibly cast ballots in [a] disputed House election" in California. After 9/11, the Justice Department found that eight of the 19 hijackers were registered to vote."

"Lou Dobbs of CNN reported that an Oct. 19 memo from the state DMV informed the clerks they don't "have any statutory discretion to withhold a motor voter form." What's more, the computer block preventing a DMV clerk from transmitting a motor voter registration without a Social Security number was removed. "

"Despite her muddled comments this week, there's no doubt where Mrs. Clinton stands on ballot integrity. She opposes photo ID laws, even though they enjoy over 80% support in the polls. She has also introduced a bill to force every state to offer no-excuse absentee voting as well as Election Day registration--easy avenues for election chicanery."

I had the opportunity to see John Fund in Washington at the Americans for Prosperity summit and also own his book “Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud Threatens Our Democracy”…

Sandy Berger ~Sensitive Document Retrieval~ Unit

.

Cargo Pants
Tools of the Trade

Hillary has been taking some heat lately for Hubby Bill signing an order that will prevent the release of much of her White House correspondence until after the 2008 election. Even her Democratic party competition has been pressing the issue, boy they are gonna get it, and asking why these documents are being kept from the public.

Hillary has stated that it was Bill’s decision to sign the order and besides there are millions of pages and the archives only work so fast. But it has also been asked about the documents at the Slick-Willie Library in Arkansas and if all of them will be available to viewing…

Enter one Bill Clinton Administration member Sandy Berger who has already been caught using his political status and access to remove and destroy documents from the United States Archives. Just when it was time to go back and look at Bill’s actions and lack of action to deal with terrorism, Burglar Berger went to work moonlighting for his new position of the “Sensitive Document Retrieval” unit…

Maybe this is why Hillary has recently added Sandy Berger to her election team? Never know when you might need a “Black-Ops” guy to go in and eliminated some sensitive documents…

Hillary and China...

.

Let’s say Hillary pulls it off and finds herself once again in the Oval office but this time it is her behind the desk making the decisions once again. Madame President Hillary finds herself looking at a formidable military superpower in China and thinks back of all of those political donations that both her and Bill took during their campaigns. How does she handle a military superpower like China that has quickly advanced in a short period of time with technological assistance from Bill’s eight years in office?… IBD provides some interesting info and thoghts on this...

"Like Bill, Hillary would pursue a hippie "denuclearization" policy that ends testing of nuclear weapons in our stockpile, while slashing the budget for developing defense systems to protect the U.S. from incoming enemy ICBMs."

"It's no accident that China suddenly gained the capacity to launch pre-emptive nuclear strikes against us. It happened on President Clinton's watch, when he systematically dismantled security at Los Alamos and other defense labs as part of his naive "engagement policy" with Beijing."

"Chinese spies infested the labs and stole technological know-how on five warheads and design codes to two others, including the Pentagon's crown jewel, the W-88 lightweight mini-warhead fired from nuclear subs."

"In doing so, the Cox Commission found, the Chinese saved a tremendous amount of time and money and were able to improve their nuclear arsenal so it could more reliably threaten U.S. cities in a showdown over Taiwan."

"Despite all these concerns, Hillary Clinton wants to re-establish her husband's "strategic partnership" with China, making it clear to us that she would be dangerously incapable of taming the nuclear dragon rising from the Pacific."

We now have a interceptor missile program that has come a long way in protecting the American homeland and many of our allies. What would Hillary do?

But let’s not forget Hillary and her Democratic friends in Congress are once again doing whatever possible to hinder the President and other common sense members in their efforts to protect Americans and the homeland…

"Rep. Jim Moran, Democrat of Virginia, said he assumes the target for the bunker busters is Iran. Expect Moran to use his position on the House Appropriations subcommittee on defense to try to block the White House request for $88 million to equip B-2 stealth bombers with the capacity to carry a new bomb."

"Called the massive ordnance penetrator, this bomb can penetrate hardened targets deep underground. It is six times as big as the current 5,000-pound bunker buster."

"It is ideal, in other words, for destroying subterranean complexes such as the Iranian facility in Natanz, where Tehran is enriching uranium and could produce weapons-grade material beneath several yards of concrete and as much 75 feet of dirt."

"To pretend that Tehran is not a threat, to deny there's a no real war between terrorists and the West, and to cut funding for missile defense in Europe by $139 million is evidence of the Democrats' impotence."

News From the Front: "They got Joe"...

.

Word has come down that the P.C. crowd has once again taken another "Victim" in their efforts to correct all the symbols out their that might offend selected groups...

It seems Paramount Pictures is seeking a more friendly name for the well known "Joe" and is looking for a more P.C. name for the
"Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity"

"No longer will G.I. Joe be a U.S. Special Forces soldier, the "Real American Hero" who, in his glory days, single-handedly won World War II."

"In the politically correct new millennium, G.I. Joe bears no resemblance to the original."

"Paramount has confirmed that in the movie, the name G.I. Joe will become an acronym for "Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity" — an international, coed task force charged with defeating bad guys. It will no longer stand for government issued, as in issued by the American government."

Maybe we need to come up with the "Special Force" Ken doll dressed up and carrying a briefcase full of United Nations resolutions...

Wind Farm ~West Virginia~

.

Took a ride out near Thomas West Virginia to look at the windfarm out there that has been operating for sometime now. The wind was 12-15knts and the view of many wind towers was impressive and worth the ride. Stopped and talked to several area residents and heard no direct complaints of the wind farm and only a mention of people living next to the towers hearing noises at times but nothing to complain about.

I have read many times that the major problem with these wind towers are complaints from those who do not want them to be visible. I found the towers interesting and little intrusion to the area mountains and well worth the ride out there to see them. In fact I found numerous people stopping to view the towers, take photos, and view the landscape...
