A field staffer for Democratic congressional candidate Al Weed took a cheap shot at Senator Allen in a e-mail calling for Democratic supporters to protest the Senator at a Republican rally.
The staffer took a swing with her own nickname for the Senator and made a Jewish alteration refering to the Senator...
The staffer resigned as she should have.
But will the local newspaper even mention it in their issue?
Will they do an editorial cartoon about it?

Will the Slatin Misleader mention it? My guess is no. Will McCloskey have a cartoon about it? My guess is no. I'd love to see them prove me wrong.
