I have noticed numerous posts and conversations regarding "crossing over" and voting in the opposing partys primary...
Virginia is one of those states where registered voters are allowed to vote in any primary election no matter what party you are registered with.. In fact in the past some of our local newspapers encouraged "opposing party" members to cross over and vote in a recent Republican primary. Chris over at Spank that Donkey had interesting posts here and here....

As I stopped to get the morning Java on the way to work I noticed zero Terry-Mac signs, maybe they are still along the road leading to the Planking of the Shad event in Wakefield, none of the other Dem-Gov candidates but did see a single sign for the Dem-Lt.Gov candidate. No campaign volunteers at the precincts that I drove by. No Voters seen either...

Did see the usual LARGE amount of Poll workers who had a great opportunity to socialize...

The only place I've seen ANY signs at all are in Northern VA, entering DC. Mostly Deeds.
Very few even when I drove up to Harrisonburg,,,

My wife and I were nos 4&5 at 8:30 a.m. @ our precinct- presumably poll workers were the no's 1-3
We put bowerbank into the lead, at least for a while
