"Boston Strong" - Justice Weak.... CBS this morning a joke...

CBS this morning just spent the first 7 minutes of their program covering and describing the ceremonies covering the first year anniversary of the "Boston Bombing" incident. CBS was extensive on their coverage of the "Giant Hug" that Boston has received from across America but left out and did not mention anything about the legal case against the remaining bomber of this crime or why it has been over a year without a trial. In fact the start of the trial is set for upcoming November... Swift justice?

"The trial date — scheduled to begin less than 19 months after the April 15, 2013, bombings that killed three people and injured more than 260 — cannot come quickly enough for some victims."

“I think it should be sooner,” said Marc Fucarile, a bombing survivor from Stoneham who lost a leg and attended the hearing on crutches. “Everybody should be on the same page. It’s pretty cut and dry with the evidence. Don’t waste anybody’s time.”

CBS also failed to report anything about this terrorist attack which involved back to back bombs to inflict the most damage. The CBS crew is now talking about how they love the "Boston Strong" slogan but yet ignore the obvious terrorist attack...

BOSTON  -- The two brothers suspected of bombing the Boston Marathon appear to have been motivated by a radical brand of Islam but do not seem connected to any Muslim terrorist groups, U.S. officials said Monday after interrogating and charging Dzhokhar Tsarnaev with crimes that could bring the death penalty.

CBS this morning was then quick to follow up with their report on the recent shooting in Kansas involving a shooter that was\is a member of the Ku-Klux-Klan and how that shooting has been labeled and charged as a "Hate Crime". In fact CBS this morning was also sure to say that this shooter was a member of a "Right wing extreme group" but yet did not mention the Boston bomber or his ties to Islam in their opening story...

"Yesterday's attack ... strikes at the core fundamental freedoms ... of how our country was founded and what we live by every single day," said FBI agent Michael Kaste. "We've now determined that the motivation behind this was a hate crime. The acts that this person committed were the result of beliefs ... that he had."

"Boston Strong-Justice Weak-CBS a Joke"...
