Looks like Pelosi is finding that being the Speaker of the House is not as easy as it appeared in the Capitol Visitor’s guide and as she hoped… And living up to the “the most ethical Congress in history” goal is going to be pretty tough with the crew she brought to the dance.
“She is drawing fire for putting Rep. William Jefferson (D-La.), who had $90,000 in alleged bribe money in his freezer, on the Homeland Security Committee.”
Even some of those working for the “Democratic” party seem to have a problem with Jefferson and the favorable treatment he is receiving from Pelosi.

"But I am troubled by the fact ... that (Jefferson) is the kind of guy who could not pass a security clearance test and yet now he has access to top-secret government info."

Pelosi is playing the game. She was on Larry King Live tonight and when King brought up the attempt on Cheney's life she played it off. She said he had at least 4 levels of security between him and the attacker but she was glad he was o.k.(?)...
When asked about what Cheney said about her and big-boy Murtha she said that his comments about them was below his office and were disrespectful to the troops(?)...
What! Cheney telling the truth about Pelosi\Murtha slow-bleed is demoralizing the troops compared to wht they did???
One of the mardet's out at sea right now has a punching bag made to look like Murtha. The Marines hate him because he is such an embarrassment to the Corps.
